WA BRANCH FOR TRACFIN

JULY 2, 2010

After 12 months of continual demand from the WA earthmoving and mining markets, Tracfin has appointed Simon Harris as State Manager.

A local with a 20 year background in the finance and banking industry, Simon is a chartered accountant who most recently headed the Commonwealth Bank's state sales business for commercial broking.

"My focus has always been on satisfying customers' diverse business needs, so customers within the Equipment Industry will benefit from this experience in delivering tailored finance solutions", Harris said.

Tracfin Director, Richard Lewis said "With a depth of experience seldom found in the equipment finance broking market, Simon is passionate about his customers. He brings a strong banking acumen to any transaction through his experience in corporate lending, wholesale funding and chartered accounting".

"Simon is not only a great person to get your next machine funded, he's someone who can be a trusted partner for any business and fits well with Tracfin as a strong relationship based business", Lewis added.

Tracfin says its people comprise industry experts who work daily with lenders to solve funding needs for earthmoving contractors. They say this specialisation is a valuable asset that differentiates their service from general equipment finance brokers.
